What we collect

Birth details (name, date, time, place) that you submit to generate charts and reports; email address for delivery and receipts; payment metadata from Razorpay (we never see or store card/UPI credentials); basic analytics (privacy-friendly, no cross-site tracking, no ad pixels).

How we use it

Solely to compute and deliver your documents, send the emails you request (results, receipts, optional reminders you can unsubscribe from in one click), and improve the Service. We never sell or share your birth data with anyone.

Retention & deletion

Free-calculator inputs processed in your browser are not stored unless you email yourself the result. Purchased-report inputs are retained so you can re-download, then automatically purged 90 days after delivery. You can request immediate deletion of all your data anytime by emailing care@shubhlekha.in from your purchase email — we comply within 7 days.

Storage & security

Data is stored with Supabase (servers in Mumbai, India), encrypted at rest and in transit. Reports live in private storage accessed only via expiring signed links sent to your email.

Third parties we rely on

Razorpay (payments), Supabase (database/storage), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and AI text providers that receive only the interpretive text being polished — never your name, email or full birth details together.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, and grievance redressal — write to care@shubhlekha.in. We respond within 48 hours and resolve within 7 days.
