The 40-day sankalpa tracker 📿
The classical texts give a remedy its strength through chalisa — forty unbroken days of a simple practice: a mantra each morning, a daan on the remedy's day, a discipline kept quietly. This tracker holds the count for you, one tick a day.
How tradition frames the forty days
A sankalpa (संकल्प) is a stated intention — you name the practice, the count witnesses it. The strength is in the steadiness, not in perfection: a missed day continues with the next, without fear and without starting over. And a remedy is never something to purchase repeatedly — if anyone tells you a dosha must be “fixed” with escalating payments, walk away. Our methodology page explains the classical basis of every remedy we mention.
